Meanings
The person who made the order hereinafter referred to as the “customer” the person for whom delivery is organised usually another person hereinafter referred to as the “recipient”.
Terms
Delivery outside the Republic of Belarus is not carried out.
When ordering over 98 Belarusian rubles - delivery is FREE.
Up to 98 rubles, the cost of delivery in Minsk is 15 rubles.

Delivery

The company "Rozmarin" only once provides a delivery service for free!

Delivery is considered completed if the courier arrived at the address indicated in the order and handed over or failed to hand over the order due to the fault of the recipient: 

 1) If the recipient does not answer phone calls 

 2) If the recipient currently is in a different location 

 3) If the recipient did not meet the courier 

 The customer can re-arrange the delivery by fully paying for the delivery service - $ 5 at the rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus.

 Alternatively, the recipient can independently pick up the order from our salon, at the address Zaslavskaya, 23/1. 

 Pre-call system (a preliminary phone callmade prior to delivery) 

 If the customer arranges delivery for another person the recipient, we have a pre-call system. 

Before delivering a gift or a bouquet, an employee of the Rozmarin company calls the recipient and, in a veiled form, specifies a convenient time and address for delivery. 

It is important for us to give the gift to the recipient at a convenient time and in a comfortable environment for the recipient. 

Rozmarin company does not refund to the customer if we are unable to delivery the order to the recipient, in the following cases: 

 1 If the recipient's phone is not connected or not in the range or if the customer has given the wrong phone number, 

 2 If the recipient, after a preliminary call, is absent from the place of receipt of the order and does not answer calls, 

 3 If the recipient refuses to accept the order during the preliminary call or at the time of delivery. 

 Dear customers, please note that the order is prepared before the preliminary phone call, so that it can be delivered as quickly as possible. Conditions for ordering live butterflies The Rozmarin company provides a service for ordering live butterflies with optional flowers. 

 Attention please!

Butterflies are a living organism, the life and reproduction of which are influenced by many factors, including weather conditions, the actual type of butterfly. 

Due to these factors: 

 1 Butterfly orders are accepted 1 week in advance if the delivery day is a regular non-holiday day, and 2 weeks in advance if the delivery day is a holiday including public holiday. 

 When ordering at a later date, Rozmarin company does not guarantee that the order will be completed within the time specified by the customer. 

 1 Even when placing an order within the time specified in paragraph 1, the Rozmarin company reserves the right to postpone the delivery time due to circumstances beyond our control – such as the butterflies were not born, the butterflies were born with an imperfect wing shape and similar. 

 We always inform our customers and recipients by phone in advance about the change in delivery time! 

 1 If the butterflies are in stock, delivery can be made on the day the order is placed. 

 Conditions for ordering strawberries in chocolate 

 Please note that it takes at least 5 hours to prepare an order that contains strawberries in chocolate. 

Due to this: 

 1 When making delivery on the day on which the order is made, the Rozmarin company reserves the right to postponethe delivery time to the next day due to the of the strawberry specialist availability. 

 We will inform you about the change in delivery time by phone! 

 1 If the strawberry specialist has free time, delivery can be performed on the day of receipt of the order. 

 2 An order for strawberries in chocolate for a holiday is accepted only 3 days before the holiday. When ordering for a later date, the gift may be delivered later than the holiday.

 Delivery on holidays 

 The Rozmarin company provides services  for the delivery of flower products and  related products through its own and  contracted couriers. 

We always try to take into account the delivery time specified by  you in the order.

Please note that the order of delivery is  formed based on the time of placing the  order.

Important! 

When placing an order for a  holiday (February 14 - St Valentine’s Day,  March 8 - International Women’s Day, 31 December and 1 January - New Year, 25 December and 7 January - Christmas, 14  October - Mother's Day), special conditions  apply:  

1 An order for a holiday should ideally bemade 3 days before the holiday! 

If the  order is placed at night or early in the  morning of a holiday, then it is  automatically transferred to the end of the  list - “delivery from 18 to 24 hours. Theorders placed in advance of a holiday are fulfilled first. We kindly ask you to arrange delivery in advance. We inform the customer or recipient in advance about the delivery time by phone. 

 2 If the order is placed on a holiday after 18:00, it is automatically transferred to the next day. 

 3 An order placed on a holiday can be delivered on the day of the order for an additional fee, for an individual call out fee of the courier. You can always contact the administrator by the phone listed on the website or write to any messenger and discuss the time and cost of delivery.

• We accept orders 7 days a week from 8 to 23 (GMT+2). The order is accepted for execution immediately after payment.
• Delivery of bouquets and flower gifts iscarried out throughout Belarus at a convenient time for the customer and the       recipient, or can be made at the exact time (indicated by the customer).
• In the vast majority of cases, our company exactly follows your instructions on the delivery time. At the same time, in rare cases, due to the workload of the delivery service (for example, on holidays), the order can be completed within a few hours relative to the time you specified.
• Delivery service in Minsk is free. To other cities of Belarus, the website ordering system calculates the cost of delivery  automatically based on distance.
• We guarantee the timely delivery of flowers to the recipient. You can receive information about the order by phone at any time or check the status of execution on the website.
• We send a delivery report - a photo of the recipient at the time of delivery of the bouquet.
Fulfillment of individual requests of customers is our job. We will select and arrange exclusive gift sets (for example, a greeting card, etc.).
• We guarantee the safety of flowers and careful collection of each order. Flower delivery is carried out on a special vehicle equipped with a refrigerator and capable of transporting non-standard compositions and bouquets over a long distance without harm to flowers.

One of the fundamental principles of our company is the exact execution of yourorder, i.e. you receive exactly thoseflowers and in the quantity indicated in the description of the bouquet you buy. In some cases, due to the seasonality of certain types of flowers, it is allowed to replace individual components of the order without violating the overall appearance and color scheme of the bouquet.  Complaints

According to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, flowers are not subject to exchange and return. At the same time, in the event of a motivated claim, our company is ready to discuss with the customer various options for resolving the situation. To do this, you must send a letter outlining the essence of the problem using the "feedback" form, or call our call center.
Payment Prices in our flower shop are set in Belarusian rubles (BLR). For the convenience of buyers, the function of converting prices into other currencies is provided. However, you should keep in mind that when making a purchase, thecurrent rate set by your card issuing bankwill be applied.

Depending on the reason for the refusal of authorization, to resolve the issue you can:
